The IP address for your router is changed each time when you connect to your ISP. If you want to run a local server ( i.e. Web server ) and invite your friends or visitors to browse. You can use various free services on the Internet which offer a Dynamic DNS service. Once registered, you have a name such as DrayTek.dyndns.org. It is mapped to your current IP address. So remote users/computers can get to your network via the address. You don't have to memorize the IP address. Just type DrayTek.dyndns.org, the remote users can find you.
